The room layout, facilities amd lighting are so well thought out and are probably of the best I have come across.( I’m an ex hotelier and have stayed many places!) The staff and management are delightful - very professional and helpful! Level 7, the lounge area was such a bonus - enjoyed breakfast, coffee and evening drinks there daily. Excellent location - so handy to everything! Thank you casa camper for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Uncomfortable and Warm

I stayed in casa camper Barcelona for over one week. So I booked casa camper Berlin with great excitement and anticipation for a great experience again. I left very disappointed. I was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. You cannot open windows and you cannot put on a/c. Although it was unseasonably warm two days, the situation did not improve when the temperatures dropped. If fact, it got worse when the temperatures dropped. The hotel gave me a pretty broken fan that helped a little bit but in four nights I barely slept. Sleeping in a warm sealed environment with no relief is just a bad experience. Having said that, the staff is teriffic from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Another change from Barcelona is that Berlin nickels and dimes everything. I. The lounge you serve yourself, bus your table and pay for everything except bread olive oil and coffee. Barcelona has free, excellent snacks all day long. I had a drink at a 5 star hotel, was served and given olives and almonds. At casa camper you pay for all that, chips, bread sticks candy etc. I think CC should warn you about the sealed conditions so you can make an informed decision before committing. I know they tried to help with the fan but they just could not resolve my problem and I had 4 nights of poor sleep.

My son and I stayed 3 nights at the Casa Camper. It was a very comfortable hotel. The rooms and bathroom were a very good size. The shower was great and the beds very comfortable. We visited the lounge on the top floor each evening to have tea (complimentary). It was a nice space. Breakfast was also good, you order from a menu. My son missed having a breakfast buffet but I found the made to order much more relaxing. It was a quiet environment to start the day. The only thing that would have been nice to have is Netflix on the TV - where you could sign in with your own account. We enjoyed our stay! The location was also great.

Lovely hotel, excellent location and the best shower ever! The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are so well designed. Really lovely breakfast too and very impressed with the lounge on the top floor which gives a great view of the city. An excellent hotel and absolutely perfect for a stay in Berlin.
